The issue where resumes were not uploading to candidate profiles has been resolved. Moving forward, users may still see some information missing from the profile but will be prompted to fill out the missing information on the candidate opportunity. We’ve identified the issue causing resumes to not upload on candidate profiles and we’re working to implement a fix. Additional updates will be provided as soon as a resolution is in place.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting the resume parsing feature. Users may intermittently experience resume cannot be uploaded to candidate profiles and show "resume upload error" message. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
