The issue where there was an intermittent issue of offer being stuck in "sending" has been resolved . The incident occurred from around 10:20AM PST to around 12PM PST. Monitoring
A fix has been implemented for the issue where offer was stuck sending. Customers should now be able to send out offers without any issues. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting offers in Lever Hire. We noticed issues starting around 10:20 AM PST. Users may intermittently experience offers that load indefinitely after attempting to send them. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
