We've identified and resolved an issue that was impacting Lever integration requests between 5/19/23-6/2/23. During this time, enabling or disabling specific integrations in Lever's account settings was not opening a request with Lever Support as intended.
If users attempted to enable or disable the following integrations during the impacted timeframe we have not yet received the request: Clara Labs, HireEZ, Rippling, Checkr, BambooHr, Hired Assessments, Interviewing.io, Codility
If you have tried to enable or disable one of these integrations within the impacted timeframe, requesting the integration change using the toggle in your Lever settings will now submit a request to Lever Support as expected. We will also be following up directly with impacted accounts to ensure full resolution.
