A fix has been implemented for the issue causing live chat disruptions. Customers may have to refresh their browsers to connect with a live agent successfully, but should be able to chat without issues moving forward. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.
