The issue regarding Indeed Apply applications not being created has been resolved. Monitoring
While we continue to work towards a permanent fix, Indeed has reactivated all accounts that utilize Indeed Apply integration that should remedy this behavior. Customers should now be able to utilize Indeed Apply without any issues moving forward and see candidate application created within Lever. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and also working towards putting a permanent fix to avoid similar situations in the future. Additional updates will be made as we make progress towards a resolution.

We have identified an issue affecting customers that are utilizing Indeed Apply, only on the US data center. We became aware of this issue at approximately Oct. 19th @ 9:30am PST. Postings can still be published on Indeed Apply but candidate application will not be created via that method, and candidates will be routed to the Lever hosted job posting. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from Indeed.
