A fix has been implemented for the issue when trying to view Document previews. Customers should now be able to see previews of Documents in Lever. Please refresh the page if you have not already. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

We have identified an issue that is intermittently affecting the Document previewing in Lever. Issues impacting Document Previews were noticed around 8 AM PT. Users may intermittently experience issues when trying to view document previews in Lever. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
